ALLEN REIBMAN
Management Team
JD, LLM, CPA
Allen has over 25 years of experience focused on tax planning and compliance for wealthy individuals and family groups, along with their businesses and trusts. With a passion for helping families reach their financial, business, and personal goals, Allen serves as the family CFO for many of his clients. He is expert at coordinating the delivery of services from investment, estate planning, and legal advisors. Prior to opening Reibman, Allen led the Private Client Services Group for one of the country’s largest accounting firms. He also has extensive experience as a legal writer and editor, specifically covering tax law issues. Allen holds a Master of the Laws in Taxation from Chicago-Kent College of Law, Illinois Institute of Technology and a Juris Doctor from Northern Illinois University College of Law.
CPA
Tiffany has significant experience handling the tax implications of complex merger and acquisition transactions, and she provides sophisticated tax planning, compliance, and advisory services to Reibman’s clients. Tiffany also plays a key role in business and staff development. Before joining Reibman, Tiffany worked at a large national accounting firm, where she advised on numerous M&A transactions ranging in size from $5 million to $400 million. Tiffany holds a BS in Accountancy from San Diego State University.
CPA
With over 30 years in public accounting, Teri brings a broad base of experience to Reibman’s clients. She oversees both the compilation and bookkeeping service offerings. She has been with Reibman since the firm’s founding and is integral to the management of the firm. Teri holds a BS in Business with concentrations in Accounting and Finance from California State Polytechnic University at San Luis Obispo.
CPA
Carrie manages client engagements, coordinating with upper management and staff on the delivery of Reibman’s services. She is expert at dealing with tax controversy issues at the federal, state, and local levels. Before joining Reibman, Carrie spent several years at a large national accounting firm, where she worked on complex tax compliance and planning engagements. Carrie graduated from San Diego State University with a BS in Business Administration (Accounting).
